Whether in-house or referred, our staff is duly authorized to practice immigration law by the Department of Justice (DOJ)’s Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) or have the minimum legal education requirements, pass the bar examination in the jurisdiction where they will be working, and demonstrate strong moral character and fitness to serve as legal counsel.

Our Awards And Certificates
Our Representatives have earned at minimum Basic Immigration Law Course Certification and additional ongoing training. Our Attorneys have earned a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and passed the examination for their respective state bars.
Advocates for Family Unity
ILSA is a new initiative born to ensure the inherent dignity and value of all people.
ILSA opened its doors in 2024 in an effort to provide invaluable public service by educating otherwise unrepresented individuals, assisting them in the preparation of their cases, and providing direct representation. Given the demand for affordable immigration legal services which continues to outweigh the capacity of nonprofit representatives or pro-se attorneys, we aim to increase the availability of competent immigration legal representation for low-income and indigent persons, thereby promoting the effective and efficient administration of justice.
